REGISTRATION AND FEES
You can apply either to come in person to Oxford ('ox-delegate'), or you can participate in the conference events online as an 'e-delegate'.
ox-delegate ticket
- in-person access to all talks at the Blavatnik School of Government in Oxford, April 6th - 8th
- full access to online materials, including e-presentations, Webmeetings, which take the place of posters, and recordings of talks: March 27th to October 5th
- the conference reception, debate and a short tour of an extraordinary library: April 6th.
As part of the registration process, you will be asked about your interest in the field. This is so we can ensure there is a balance of interests among those attending in person. Priority for applications for Ox-delegate tickets will be given to those submitting an abstract. In-person ox-delegates will mainly be clinical researchers, clinicians, industry, and policy makers.
Early booking is advised as ox-delegate tickets are limited to 120. Admission to the meeting at the Blavatnik in Oxford is strictly restricted to those who have received written confirmation. There is no on-site registration.
